Talk requirements:
The auditorium computer will support presentations in PowerPoint, PDF, or Keynote format. Presentations may be in standard or widescreen format, but will likely look better in widescreen.
We ask that all speakers please bring their presentations on a USB key and upload them to the auditorium computer on the break prior to their scheduled talks.
Talk uploads
We would like to make all talks available online after the meeting. If you are comfortable with this, please upload your talk using the following widget, using the following naming format: LASTNAME_INITIALS.ext, where LASTNAME is your lastname, and INITIALS are your initials, and the ext is the native extension of the presentation file (PowerPoint, Keynote, or PDF files supported).
Poster requirements
The maximum allowable size for posters is 40″x40″.
Posters must be attached to boards with velcro tape, which will be provided on site.
The complete list of poster presentations and presenters will be listed here as they become available.
